Bucket list

    The purpose and thinking of this writing is I am out of shape physically and hurt physically, and have trouble getting around. Both in stretching the body to move or pick up stuff, do something like get out of bed or any other task that may need to be done. Such a thing may be expected at sixty-six year old. But most definatly not wanted. So I have to figure out what to do, how to do it and over what time periond to do it. The time spand for such a thing to take affect and how much of this I can take. In the world of science this is called a S.W.A.G and common phrase for this is called a Scientific Wild Ass Guess. Which meen that I don't really know what I am doing but I am going to give it my best shot. Now is the time to keep seeing the doctor and do all of the medical things that need to be done. You have the money either already in your bank account or on its way. Fortunately all that you have to do is loos weight, walk and do some weight lifting exercises and there will be a new bike that will be bought in the next week or two.

  1. Become more stronger faster and agile, be more athletic.
  2. Loss weight. You should be about a 160 pounds or 72.58 kilograms.
  3. Endurance. Gain as much endurance as possible.
  4. Use this information to make yourself young again.
  5. Bring yourself back as a living person using all of this information.
What are you interest in? Is thre an interest that you have
that would have to keep you away from this technology?
  1. Peddle bike riding.
  2. Walking.
  3. Weight Traning.
  4. Natural History.
  5. Art Museaums.
Needs and prioritys. Those needs that need to be addressed first
and formost. These tend to be the most broadly needed necessities.
  1. Physical shape.
  2. Find a much better diet for your needs. Not the "eat and go" that you have.
  3. Get rid of that no good alcohol. It is nothing accept worthless crap anyhow.
  4. Alcohol just screws up the next day.
  5. Just find something that is a little more pleasing to do.

  3. Safety. Safety is a must! Your back was enough of getting hurt
